Food your member recognises
A diet plan a member will not follow is not a diet plan. It is a PDF.
Ten regional cuisines, more than 500 Indian dishes.
Punjabi, Gujarati, Tamil, Bengali, Maharashtrian, Kerala, Hyderabadi, Rajasthani, Goan, Kashmiri. Their plan is built from the food their family already cooks, not translated into it.
Veg, Jain, eggetarian, vegan, keto and sattvic.
All handled as first-class modes, not as a checkbox that quietly removes paneer and leaves the rest. Jain means no root vegetables, and the engine knows that before it builds anything.
Real portions, not grams of protein.
Two rotis, dal tadka, a cucumber salad. Your member can picture the plate without weighing it. The macros are underneath, doing their job quietly.
Swaps, because Tuesday happens.
Your member would rather have poha. They tap swap and the week rebalances around it. The plan bends to them instead of breaking, which is the difference between week two and week twelve.
An illustrative day. Real plans are built per member.
Ten cuisines is a conservative count and we keep it conservative on purpose. It is the number we can defend rather than the number that reads best.
Built by rules, not guessed
Most gym software now advertises AI-generated diet plans. We deliberately do not, and the reason matters if it is your name on the gym.
The same member gets the same plan.
This is a reviewed rules engine, matched against 31 curated diet archetypes by declarative conditions. It is deterministic: the same inputs produce the same plan, every time. It cannot invent a food that does not exist, or a portion that makes no sense, because it is not writing prose about nutrition. It is selecting from a catalogue.
Every plan explains itself.
Why this meal, why this swap, why this dose. A member who understands their plan follows it. A trainer who can see the reasoning can stand behind it in front of them.
You can audit it.
When a member asks why their plan changed, there is an answer, and it is the same answer next week. That is not a claim a generated plan can make, and it is the claim that matters when the question is about somebody's health.
It adjusts from what your member logged.
Their week responds to what they actually ate and how they actually trained, through a weekly check-in that feeds the next week's plan. It gets sharper the longer they stay.
Deterministic is a slower word than AI. It is also the one that survives a member walking into your office with their plan and a question.
Screened before a plan exists
Diet advice reaches people with diabetes, thyroid conditions and blood pressure on prescription. That is a duty, not a feature.
19 health conditions and eight classes of medication.
Asked at signup, across seven steps, before any plan is built. Not discovered later when something has already gone out.
A human sees the cases that need a human.
Screening is armed from day one. A member whose answers need review is routed to a person instead of being handed an automatic plan. The gate is on by default and it is not a setting you have to remember to switch on.
Supplements carry their study.
Every supplement in the stack shows the research it came from and warns if it clashes with their medication. Brands carry a third-party trust badge and low-trust ones are kept out. It never sells to them.
A gym that hands out diet plans is giving health advice whether it calls it that or not. The screening is the part that lets you sleep.
The small things that make your member keep it
A plan is followed or it is not. These are the parts that decide which.
A grocery list from their own plan.
The week's food becomes a shopping list your member can take to the market. No translation step between the plan and the kitchen.
"Can I eat this?"
Your member asks about something in front of them and gets an answer against their own plan and their own day, in portions rather than a lecture. It is the most human thing in the product.
One sentence a day from the coach.
Plain language, with a real receipt behind it, and a notebook of every observation. Not a motivational quote.
All of it sits inside your gym's own branded app. Your members see your brand, never ours.
