White label gym app

A gym app that carries your name. Not ours.

Your members download your gym's app, in your colours, under your name. They will never see the word Aakara anywhere in it. What they will see is a coach that knows their knee, their goal and what they had for lunch.

What white label actually means here

Most vendors mean a logo in the corner. This is your brand all the way down.

Your name, your colours, your mark.

The app your members install carries your gym's identity, not a vendor's. Your accent colour runs through every screen. The gym they joined is the gym they open every morning.

Members never meet us.

There is no vendor badge, no "powered by" line, no upsell to a bigger platform. Your relationship with your member is not shared with a third party. That is a deliberate design rule, not a paid tier.

Your own community, under your brand.

A feed that belongs to your gym: challenges, events, polls, member wins, and a consistency leaderboard with no last place. Members who belong, stay.

Nothing to build.

You are not commissioning an app. The platform is already running. Your gym becomes a tenant on it, with your branding applied, in one sitting.

Nova Fitness is our demo gym.

A branded shell is easy. A branded shell with a real coaching engine behind it is the part that takes years, and it is the part your members will judge you on.

What is actually inside the app

This is where most white label apps go quiet. A booking screen and a payment button is not a reason for a member to open something daily.

A workout plan built for one body.

Built from their goal, their days, their injuries and the equipment actually on your floor, out of a curated library of more than 200 exercises. Weights go up when your member is ready for them. A live session screen runs the workout with timers, set logging and warm-up drills.

An Indian diet your member will actually eat.

Seven days of real food in real portions: rotis, dal, sabzi. Ten regional cuisines, more than 500 Indian dishes, and veg, Jain, eggetarian, vegan, keto and sattvic all handled. Meals swap to what your member prefers, and the week adjusts from what they logged.

Supplement guidance that shows its working.

Every supplement carries the study it came from and a warning if it clashes with their medication. Tap "Why this dose?" and the citation appears in plain language, one their doctor can read too. It never sells to them.

Safety screened before any plan exists.

Signup runs seven steps, including 19 health conditions and eight classes of medication. The screening is armed on day one, and a member whose answers need a human review does not get an automatic plan.

  • Leg pressswapped in · knee-safe

Prefer poha? Swap.

Every plan explains itself: why this exercise, why this swap, why this dose. A member who understands their plan follows it, and a member who follows it renews.

Going live under your brand

The go-live is a session, not a project plan.

Deployed in front of you.

It runs as named steps on screen: your colours, your equipment, safety screening armed, publish. You install the app and become Member Zero before anyone leaves the room.

Your equipment, respected.

Tick the equipment on your floor and plans only ever use what you have. Flag a machine as broken and plans stop prescribing it until it is back.

Your members, imported.

Bring your existing member list as a spreadsheet and the importer maps the columns for you. Members who never install the app still get full CRM treatment on your side.

One screen to run the gym.

Members, dues, classes and staff, across roles for owner, manager, trainer and front desk. If you run more than one gym, one login moves between them.

Live, in-the-room deployment of a branded, safety-armed member app is only possible because the platform underneath is already built. Either a vendor has that platform, or they have a waiting list.

What it does not do

Worth knowing before a demo rather than after one.

It does not take payments online.

Money is a record here, not a transaction. You record collections and dues and the software keeps the four states straight, but a member does not pay through the app. If online collection is the one thing you are shopping for, we are not the fit and it is cheaper for both of us to know that now.

It is not a billing CRM with an app bolted on.

The plan engine is the product. Member management exists because a coaching platform needs it, not the other way round. If you want the cheapest way to print receipts, there are better options and several of them rank above us.

Everything described on this page is running software you can be shown on a real gym. Nothing here is a roadmap, a beta, or a plan for next quarter.

See it running under a real gym's brand. 25 minutes.
